At AZ Naturally, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, using only the finest natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened or used items.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
