Each sponge is uniquely shaped by nature, not machines, so no two are alike. On average, they measure between 2.5 to 3 inches at their widest point. Due to their natural origin, variations in size and form are to be expected.

Take Care of Your Sponge: To keep your silk sponge fresh and clean, we recommend occasionally disinfecting it by soaking it for up to two hours in a gentle solution -- either 10% white vinegar mixed with water or 5% hydrogen peroxide diluted in water. After soaking, rinse thoroughly and let the sponge air dry completely. Avoid twisting, pulling, or wringing, as this can damage the delicate natural fibers. When properly cared for, these sponges can remain soft and effective for a long time.
